ATV Detailing in Broward County

Mud, clay, trail dust, and grime — they get into every joint, every vent, every crevice on an ATV. We clean it properly so your machine looks right and lasts longer.

Florida Trail Grime Is a Different Animal

ATVs take punishment that most vehicles never see. Mud gets packed into suspension components, caked under fenders, and dried into crevices that are hard to reach with a garden hose. Trail dust gets into air vents and engine areas. Florida's mix of sand, limestone dust, and clay creates a specific kind of packed grime that doesn't just rinse off. And if your ATV is spending any time near salt water — fishing spots, coastal trails — corrosion is a real concern.

Most ATV owners do a quick rinse after a trail ride and consider it done. But the grime that stays behind — in the suspension linkage, under the plastics, in the wheel hubs — causes wear and corrosion over time. A proper detail removes it completely and leaves the machine protected.

What Is ATV Detailing?

ATV detailing is a thorough cleaning and protection service for all-terrain vehicles — quads, side-by-sides, UTVs, and dirt bikes. It involves pressure washing with appropriate technique to remove trail debris without forcing water into bearings or electrical components, targeted degreasing of the drivetrain and underside, cleaning all plastic bodywork, polishing the plastics where applicable, and dressing them with UV protection.

We also clean the seat, foot pegs, grab bars, controls, and any storage areas. The goal is to leave the machine clean enough that you can see every surface clearly — which makes it much easier to spot anything developing mechanically.

Our Process

01

Initial Rinse & Mud Removal

High-pressure rinse to knock off the heaviest mud, clay, and trail debris before any product goes on. We work from the top down and underneath — getting into the frame, suspension arms, and wheel wells.

02

Degreasing & Detail Wash

Degreaser on the drivetrain, axles, and frame. A full detail wash with appropriate soap over all bodywork, plastics, and seat.

03

Detailing — Crevices, Joints & Vents

This is the step most quick washes miss. We use detailing brushes to clean inside vents, around suspension joints, along the frame rails, and in the crevices between plastic panels. These areas hold grime and moisture if they're not properly addressed.

04

Dress & Protect

Plastic panels are dressed with UV protectant. Rubber components are treated. Exposed metal areas on the frame can be treated to slow surface rust and corrosion — particularly important in Broward County's humid environment.

Why Choose Gloss Genesis for ATV Detailing

  • We Get Into the Crevices. A garden hose knocks the surface mud off. Proper ATV detailing means cleaning what the hose doesn't reach.

  • We Work Around Sensitive Components. Bearings, electrical components, air boxes, and CVT vents don't like direct high-pressure water. We know where to be careful.

  • Mobile to Your Driveway or Property. No need to trailer the machine anywhere. We come to wherever the machine is stored.

Protect the Plastics Long-Term

After a proper clean, consider a plastic-specific UV coating on your ATV's bodywork. Florida's UV exposure fades and cracks ATV plastics over time. A protective coating extends the life of the plastics and keeps them looking newer for longer.

ATV Detailing FAQs

Do you detail side-by-sides and UTVs?

Yes. Side-by-sides and UTVs are larger and take more time than a single ATV, but the process is the same. We price based on the size and condition of the machine.

How much mud is too much for a detail?

There's no such thing as too much mud — there's just more work. Heavy mud and clay packed into suspension components takes more time to properly remove, which affects pricing, but we don't turn jobs away because the machine is very dirty. That's the point of the service.

Do you service dirt bikes as well?

Yes. Dirt bikes are included in our off-road detailing service. The process is similar to ATV cleaning, scaled for a two-wheeled machine.

How soon after a trail ride should I get a detail?

The sooner the better. Mud and clay that dry and harden are harder to remove than fresh trail debris. Florida's clay-heavy soil in particular gets concrete-hard when it dries out. Ideally, within a day or two of the trail ride.

Your ATV Earned That Mud. We'll Take It from Here.
