Terms of Service

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. To ensure we can provide elite service to all of our clients, we strictly enforce the following scheduling rules:

• Advance Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to officially secure your appointment slot.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on site immediately after the service is delivered and you are completely satisfied with the results.

• Cancellation Policy: When you book a slot, we reserve that time exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment, your 30% advance deposit is retained as a cancellation fee to cover our lost scheduling time.

• Travel Fees: We proudly serve North Lauderdale and the surrounding Broward County area. However, if your service location is more than 40 miles outside of our primary hub in North Lauderdale, FL, a flat $20 travel fee will be added to your final bill.

To ensure our team can work efficiently and safely, we ask that you prepare your vehicle before our mobile unit arrives:

• Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal items, valuables, and heavy trash from the interior of your vehicle, including the trunk and center console. Gloss Genesis Detailing LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

• Car Seats: Due to strict liability and safety regulations, our detailing technicians are not permitted to remove or reinstall child car seats. If you would like the area under the car seat cleaned, please remove the seat prior to your appointment.

Florida's intense sun and weather conditions can cause severe wear and tear that may not be immediately visible.

• Vehicle Condition: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage. This includes, but is not limited to, heavily degraded clear coat, loose interior trim, cracked leather, torn upholstery, or faulty electronics.

• Pre-Inspections: We always perform a thorough walk around of the vehicle with you before beginning any work. If we notice pre-existing damage, we will document it and bring it to your attention immediately.

• Consultation Required Services: Due to the massive variations in size and condition, all RV detailing, Boat detailing, and Ceramic Coating services require a mandatory, free in-person consultation before we will quote a final price or begin work.

Many detailing companies lure customers in with low prices and then add surprise fees for basic cleaning. We strictly forbid this practice.

Our ceramic coating and paint protection services are governed by the following guidelines:

• Pre-Service Consultation: All ceramic coating installations require an in-person consultation to assess your vehicle's paint condition and provide an accurate quote.

• Curing Time: After ceramic coating installation, we recommend keeping your vehicle dry and out of heavy rain for 24–48 hours while the coating fully cures.

• Maintenance Requirements: Ceramic coatings require regular maintenance washing to perform at their best. We recommend maintenance washes every 2–4 weeks in South Florida's climate.

We take immense pride in our work. By booking with Gloss Genesis Detailing LLC, you grant us permission to take before and after photographs or videos of your vehicle. These visual assets may be used for marketing purposes on our website and social media channels.
