Not much. Just make sure we have access to your vehicle and enough space around it to work — about a few feet on each side is ideal. If you can park in the shade or inside a garage, that helps. For interior work, it helps to remove personal items from the seats, floors, and center console before we arrive.

We'll reach out to you and reschedule at no extra charge. Outdoor detailing — especially paint correction and ceramic coating — can't be done properly in the rain. We'd rather reschedule than rush a job and deliver poor results.

For larger services like ceramic coating and paint correction, yes — we require a deposit to hold your booking. This will be applied to the total cost of your service. For standard washes and details, no deposit is required.

A car wash removes surface dirt. A full detail goes much deeper — clay bar treatment to remove bonded contaminants, deep interior cleaning, surface decontamination, and protection applied to the paint, glass, wheels, and tires. A car wash might take 15 minutes. A proper full detail takes a few hours — because that's what it takes to do it right.

It depends on the service and the vehicle's condition. A maintenance wash takes 45–90 minutes. A full detail runs 3–5 hours depending on the car's size and condition. Paint correction can take a full day. Ceramic coating installations vary by package — typically a full day or more when paired with proper paint prep.

It depends on how deep the scratch is. Most swirl marks, light scratches, and surface scuffs are removed or significantly improved through paint correction. If a scratch has gone through the clear coat into the base coat or primer, it can't be polished out — but we'll tell you that upfront so you know exactly what to expect.

Yes — and in some ways better. A mobile detailer is a specialist, not a shop running vehicles through an assembly line. You get focused attention on your vehicle, professional-grade products, and work done in a controlled environment (your driveway or garage). The results are the same — sometimes better — because we're not rushing through dozens of cars per day.

Pricing varies by service and vehicle size. A maintenance wash starts around $75–$100. A full detail runs $200–$400+ depending on the vehicle. Paint correction and ceramic coating are priced per project based on the vehicle's size and paint condition. Because we're not doing the same thing. A $50 wash uses a pressure washer, dish soap, and a dirty sponge. We use pH-balanced car shampoos, microfiber tools, clay bars, professional polishers, and coatings that actually protect your paint. You're not paying more for the same service — you're paying for a completely different standard of work.

Yes. We offer maintenance programs for customers who want to keep their vehicle in top condition year-round. Regular bookings get preferential scheduling and bundled pricing. Ask about maintenance packages when you book.

We quote the full price before we start. Occasionally a vehicle is in worse condition than expected — things like heavy pet hair, extreme odor, or significant overspray may carry an extra charge, but we'll always tell you before we proceed. No surprises on the final invoice.

The biggest thing is to wash the car regularly and correctly. Use a pH-neutral soap, avoid automatic car washes with brushes, and stay away from harsh chemicals on the coated surfaces. In South Florida's climate, we recommend a maintenance wash every 2–4 weeks to keep the coating performing at its best.

A professionally applied ceramic coating typically lasts 2–5 years depending on the product tier, how well it's maintained, and the conditions the vehicle is exposed to. Florida's sun is more intense than most of the country, which is exactly why a coating that can handle UV is worth the investment here.

For most services, immediately. The exception is ceramic coating — we recommend keeping the vehicle dry and out of heavy rain for 24–48 hours after installation while the coating fully cures. We'll give you specific aftercare instructions after every service.

Yes. Ceramic coating makes washing easier and keeps contamination from bonding to the paint — but it doesn't make your car self-cleaning. Regular washing is still needed. Think of the coating as protection that makes maintenance less of a hassle, not something that eliminates the need for it.
